Solutions for injection molding machine

 

In traditional plastic injection molding machine, the hydraulic motor always be used to provide a constant flow of hydraulic oil at a steady speed. But bypass the excess hydraulic fluid through overflow valve, resulting in a waste of energy.
 
Servo pump
During the injection molding process, most of the steps perform with speed control mode basically except the holding pressure . Servo pump can control flow and pressure with high repeatability (below 0.1%) than hydraulic motor. Thanks to our unique PID and drive with quick response (below 100ms ),the stability of holding pressure is very excellent. It increases the throughput, improves the oil temperature rise when compare to the hydraulic motor. Due to the servo pump itself is a closed-loop system, the pressure control through the pressure sensor to the servo drives, thus ensuring the stability and repeatability of the system pressure.
Servo pump consists of a servo drive + Servo motor + gear pumps. See below picture.

 
Direct-drive motors
You can find its advantage when adopt our direct-drive motors to the crusher of injection molding machine and extruder. It can save 50 % energy at least than hydraulic motor. The torque performance of our DD motor is also better than hydraulic motor. Other features such as  environmental, small size, low cost, easy maintenance.
